The client requested an upgrade to their 50,000 SF commercial office building near LAX in Los Angeles, CA. The building required exterior upgrades, new canopy entry with signage, new main lobby, new multi-tenant corridors on each floor, updated bathrooms, and updated MEP systems. We also supplied the building owner with a design standards manual for all incoming tenants.
