Sycamore Land Trust hired CAUSSEAUX AD to design their new education center just North of Bloomington, IN. The scope of work includes restoring and enhancing the wetland areas, renovating the existing house on the property into a commercial education center, and constructing a public hiking trail and observation platforms to provide learning opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. The 2,500 SF education center will include indoor classrooms, meeting spaces, educational displays, and a bird observation room that will offer stunning views overlooking the restored wetlands.
